Uniwar is a turn based strategy war game pitting humans against an alien species. Although the graphics and sound could definitely use some work, the features and tactical angle of the game is superb. There are plenty of units, maps, and play options, but the gameplay is simple enough to get into very quickly. The campaign mode is actually more of a tutorial mode that goes through all the different units and their abilities, it can be a bit slow to get through, but will give you a great start in the game. For any turn-based strategy game fans, this is a must have.

I recently bought UniWar on my iPhone and I'm amazed at how much they put into this game!

Totally worth every penny, and it's quite addicting!! ^_^

If you like Uniwar then you probably should also check out BattleBotz, www.battlebotz.com, which is similar in concept and very graphic intensive.

It's disappointing when folks rate games like this so high. Uniwar is done well but the AI is terrible making the single player experience pretty underwhelming. This is more like a 3.5 or 4 if generous.

Sure, but why?!? It is a *strategy* game, not a FPS. The graphics and animation are way better than what is necessary.

If your only play is against the AI then the game is above average. But the online multi-player, multi-game features make the game five-stars.
