Tap Defense is a path based tower defense game with pretty good graphics and a wide array of towers and enemies. The biggest problem with the game is the user interface, especially compared to other Tower Defense games on the iPhone. The fact the the game is paused every time you want to build a new tower really takes you out of the action.
