Yet another Tower Defense game has been added to the iPhone mix. But this time, it's a game that includes the inherent fun of kicking alien ass. Sentinel takes place on Mars and allows you to destroy hoards of bug-like aliens. The graphics, sound and music are excellent and even the menu screen has a great look and function to it. Gameplay is pretty standard TD path-based fare... build towers, kill bugs. There is an monetary interest system setup that encourages you to only spend what you need. The main thing that sets Sentinel apart from other TD games is the look and feel, so you definitely need to be a sci-fi fan to appreciate the game over other TDs.
